Allmänt
Dessa användarvillkor beskriver de villkor som gäller mellan dig som användare (nedan 'Användaren' eller 'Du') och Nettilomake FI Oy som tjänsteleverantör (nedan 'Företaget') rörande användande av tjänsten Nettilomake.fi / Blankett.fi / Blankett.net (nedan 'Tjänsten'). Användarvillkoren gäller tills vidare och Företaget kan när som helst göra ändringar i villkoren. De vid var tid gällande användarvillkoren finns publicerade på Tjänstens webbsida. Genom att registrera dig på Tjänsten bekräftar Du att Du har läst, förstått och accepterat dessa villkor.

Åldersgräns
För att utföra en betalning på Tjänsten måste Du ha fyllt 18 år eller ha målsmans samtycke.

Registrering
Användaren är skyldig att vid registrering lämna korrekta uppgifter om sig själv. Genom att fullfölja registreringen intygar Användaren att uppgifterna är korrekta. Inloggningsuppgifterna är personliga och får inte lämnas ut till någon annan och Användaren ansvarar för att bevara inloggningsuppgifterna så att ingen obehörig får del av dem. Användaren är betalningsskyldig för alla tjänster som beställs med angivande av dess inloggningsuppgifter. Användaren ska även hålla Företaget skadeslös om någon annan använder Användarens inloggningsuppgifter. Missbruk beivras.

Kontotyper
Användning av tjänsten kräver ett Du har ett registrerat användarkonto. De olika kontotyperna är FREE, PRO och PRO+, och deras innehåll finns dokumenterat på tjänstens hemsida. Företaget förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst ändra innehållet i kontotyperna.

Priser
Användningen av Tjänstens grundläggande funktioner med ett användarkonto av typen FREE är gratis. Vissa av Tjänstens funktioner kräver ett PRO eller PRO+ konto, som endast är tillgängligt mot betalning. För att kunna ta del av de avgiftsbelagda tjänsterna måste du inneha ett användarkonto, samt utföra en betalning av årsavgiften för PRO eller PRO+ kontot. Priset som anges på hemsidan inkluderar alla skatter och avgifter. Priset inkluderar inte den ersättning för kommunikation som Användaren enligt avtal har att erlägga till sin Internetoperatör eller andra kostnader i samband med användandet av Användarens egen datautrusning. Företaget förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst ändra priserna för Tjänsten. Om Du vid en eventuell prisförändring innehar ett aktivt PRO eller PRO+ konto behåller du rättigheterna till den aktiva betalningsperiodens slut.

Payments with Bambora PayForm (Euro)
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. Payments with Invoice (Euro)
When choosing invoice as payment method, more information about the payer is requested. Organisations can choose to receive the invoice through electronic invoice (e-lasku).

Ångerrätt
Tjänsten funktionalitet kan provas utan registrering eller med ett gratis FREE-konto. Företagets tillhandahållande av ett avgiftsbelagt PRO eller PRO+ konto utgör en tjänst enligt distansavtalslagen. I och med att användaren bekräftar beställningen och medlemsskapet börjar löpa, har användaren samtyckt till att Företaget påbörjar fullgörandet av leveransen och därmed gäller inte distansavtalslagens bestämmelser om ångerrätt. Företaget erbjuder dock på eget initiativ en fem (5) dagars ångerrätt.

Kundens ansvar
På sidan tillämpas finsk lagstiftning. Du accepterar att följa tillämpliga lagar, författningar och föreskrifter beträffande användandet av tjänsten. Du är ansvarig för att de bilder Du laddar upp, eller de texter Du skriver på tjänsten inte bryter mot finsk lagstiftning eller någon av på denna sida nämnda regler. Alla former av kränkande material såsom bilder och texter samt pornografiskt material är förbjudet. Utnyttjande av Tjänsten för nätfiske (phishing) eller liknande är förbjudet. 4. The purpose of processing personal information (purpose of the register)
The processing of personal data is based on the approval during registration. The purpose of processing personal data is to identify customers and submitted information.

5. The data content of the registry
The register stores information about the Customer's name and email address. The Customer becomes the registry keeper for the forms he/she creates.

6. Regular sources of information
The information contained in the register is provided by the users themselves.

7. Extradition or transfer of data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
Data is not extradited.

8. Principles of registry protection
Login occurs through a encrypted SSL webpage. Users access their own information only. Data submitted through the platform is protected using SSL traffic, and the data is stored encrypted in the database. Server logs are checked regularly.
The data is stored on servers located in Finland.

9. Retention and destruction of personal information records in the personal data registry
The information is destroyed or anonymized after the account is deleted. When a Customer has marked content for deletion, the content is automatically deleted within two weeks.

10. Right to view data
The customer has the right to view the personal information that has been stored in the system of the customer in question. The Customers can view and edit the collected information.

11. Correction of incorrect data
The user is able to update his/her information in the system.

12. Extradition of information for marketing purposes or for other purposes
Data is not extradited.

13. Användning av cookies
Information om din webbläsare inhämtas också automatiskt genom användning av cookies. Denna information inhämtas och samlas in för att Företaget skall kunna analysera trafiken på webbsidan.
